Curved optics with closed-loop correction
Off-axis parabolic and other curved optical components require careful manufacturability review, metrology planning and correction workflow. Junbang uses measurement, error-map review, deterministic correction, re-polishing and final inspection for demanding curved optics when the geometry and material are suitable.
Projects can include parabolic mirrors, off-axis mirrors, aspheric surfaces and custom reflective optics for optical test, laser, imaging and sensing systems.
Inspection data example
For annular curved optics, see the MgF2 hollow aspheric mirror inspection data page with LUPHOScan 420 profile measurement values, including 110 mm aperture, PV/RMS data and slope-error results.
Typical applications
- Laser beam shaping and collimation
- Optical test instruments and benches
- Infrared imaging and sensing systems
- Scientific and OEM optical assemblies
